usage

you can use any loop here in your beats and songs as long as it complies with these terms:

1. credit me as co-producer. anything that uses my loop has to credit holyweapon, e.g. "prod. yourname x holyweapon" or "co-prod. holyweapon", wherever it's posted and in the song credits when it's released.
2. small releases are free. free beats, type beats, leases, and songs with under 100,000 streams (all platforms combined) are fine. you keep what you make from those. just credit me pl0x.
3. bigger releases get a split. a song that uses my loop needs a split if any of these are true:
   • it passes 100,000 streams
   • the artist is signed to a label or releases through one, major or indie. self-releasing through a distributor like distrokid doesn't count as a label.
   • the beat is sold as an exclusive
   • it's used in tv, film, games or ads
email me before it comes out, or as soon as it passes 100,000 streams, we can sign a split sheet.
4. no content id. don't register a beat that uses my loop with youtube content id or any similar service. other people use the same loops, and it causes false claims on their videos.
5. don't resell the loops. don't sell or give away my loops on their own, put them in sample packs or loop kits, or say you made them.
